Established in 1977 by Ray Bright & Phillip Duggan, Bright & Duggan is one of the oldest, largest & most respected strata management companies in NSW. A privately owned company, still owned by Phil & Ray’s son, Trevor, the company now employs over 40 people & manages in excess of 650 strata & community title schemes ranging in size from 2 to over 1000 lots, geographically spread throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.
