- Knowledge of OH&S and Fire Compliance requirements and their applications and impact to major residential strata schemes;
- Asset Maintenance Department established to be responsible for all essential services associated with the proactive upkeep and maintenance of common property. This Department is also responsible for all lift certification, fire services and OH&S compliance. This includes a wealth of experience and leverage with the major contracting companies and suppliers which can benefit your strata plan. In addition we offer strata plans the benefit of bulk energy rate discounts as a result of reverse auction purchasing. This method results in savings due to economies of scale based on our lots under management in securing you more competitive rates for energy supply;
